LABOUR'S candidate for the Bromsgrove seat in the forthcoming General Election has been invited to the launch of the party's manifesto at the International Convention Centre, in Birmingham, today.
Peter McDonald and a group of party workers will be present when Prime Minister Tony Blair spells out his party's plans for the next session of Parliament, if it is re-elected on June 7.
It is the first time Labour has launched its manifesto outside London.
