IT'S second time around for parish councillor Paul Beaman after he was voted in as the new Studley parish council chairman.
Mr Beaman, who has sat on the council for 10 years and is chairman of the Studley Village Hall management committee, has held the position of council chairman once before.
"I'm looking forward to taking the parish council onwards and upwards," said Mr Beaman."
Mr Beaman said he and the parish council would be pushing the issue of the Studley bypass and supporting calls for a western route.
Parish councillor Maureen Rickhards will be the new vice-chairman.
