THE future is looking promising for Upton's Hill Centre after tenders for rebuilding came in last week.
Pete MacLaren, property services manager for Malvern Hills District Council, said: "We've called for price specifications from the contractor who submitted the lowest tender and that's being checked out. Subject to everything being OK, we should be able to award the contract soon, but work won't start before June 11."
