KIDDERMINSTER staged an international rugby match for the first time on Sunday.
Marlpool Lane, home of Kidderminster Carolians, played host to an 18-3 win for Wales over England at U-16 A level.
The game, switched from Worcester Rugby Club due to a waterlogged pitch, attracted a crowd of about 650 and helped boost the KC coffers.
It was a good weekend for the club who won their final Midlands Three West (North) game of the season 27-0 at high-flying rivals Old Halesonians.
