A STRATFORD woman celebrated notching up her century last week with special birthday wishes from mayor Juliet Short.
Coun Short joined friends and family of Katie Kingham to toast her 100th birthday at the Hylands House residential care home in Warwick Road.
The active centenarian was born and grew up in Coventry and lived in Weston-under-Weatherley, before moving to Stratford where she enjoys activities with the WRVS and the Salvation Army Club and also looks forward to shopping in the town centre.
