A 16-YEAR-OLD started his new year by causing £1,000 of damage to shop windows in Stourport.
After a New Year's Eve party, he kicked in a window at an empty shop in York Street and another at Peter Handley stationers in Mitton Street, a Kidderminster youth court has heard.
The youth admitted causing criminal damage and was bailed for a reparation report to be before the magistrates.
