A LABOURER who had a knife when he was arrested on Kidderminster's ring road is also facing sentence on two other charges.
John Dixon, 26, of Victoria Place, Kidderminster, pleaded guilty to possession of the blade in a public place on September 1 last year.
Prosecutor Samantha Crabb told Worcester Crown Court he had initially been charged with affray but a not guilty verdict was entered at the magistrates court when no evidence was offered.
Dixon had also admitted burglary of the Fortune Court Chinese takeaway in Mill Street, Kidderminster, and racially aggravated harassment of the owners, Mr and Mrs Tang. He was remanded on bail for a pre-sentence report.
