A TEENAGER whose heroin habit cost £20 a day has been fined £150 by Kidderminster magistrates.
Christopher Davies, 18, of Hawford Avenue, Kidderminster, had four wraps of the drug, worth £40, when police searched him. He admitted illegal possession and breach of a conditional discharge for a similar offence.
