ONE of the men accused of taking part in the attempted robbery at the village post office at Wolverley last June has appeared in court on an assault charge.
Wayne Davies, 26, is charged with assault causing bodily harm to an officer at Brinsford Prison, Redditch.
Kidderminster magistrates ruled that the charge should go before a crown court judge and remanded Davies for committal for trial.
