TELEVISION cameras will descend on Kidderminster in a live debate on the county health shake-up.
An audience of about 50 invited guests from both sides of the health debate will take part in Midlands at Westminster due to be held at Wyre Forest Glades Leisure Centre on Sunday, February 11.
All county MPs have been invited along with Kidderminster Hospital campaigners, Worcestershire Health Authority and Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust representatives and experts on NHS reform.
It is understood the trust and authority have declined to send representatives.
Programme producer Andrew Tomlinson said: "It's a great chance to examine one of the biggest current issues in the Midlands.
"The broadcast is an hour long and it provides the best opportunity yet for viewers and listeners to hear different sides of the debate."
The special programme, to be presented by Nick Owen, will be broadcast on BBC Hereford and Worcester from 12.30pm.
The debate will then be joined by Midlands at Westminster on BBC2 at 1pm.
