ON JANUARY 6, a fun afternoon took place with the judging competition.
As there were not many plants to judge, they were divided into hybrids and species and Monica won with seven points.
The spring show will take place on April 14 at Arden School, Station Road, Knowle. Regular meetings also take place at the school on the first Saturday of the month at 2.30pm.
At the next meeting, Ken Johnson will show slides and talk on drainpipe photography, which enables him to take pictures of miniature orchids and bugs.
Anyone who received an orchid as a present at Christmas and would like to know more or ask for advice can come along to the meetings or phone 01564 822897.
