THE postponement of Redditch's league match against Droitwich at the weekend has left the Bromsgrove Road side facing a league double-header in a couple of weeks.
The home match has been rearranged for Sunday, February 4, 24 hours after the club's return to league action at Old Wulfrunians.
The weekend date was postponed because of a frozen pitch.
Redditch have a friendly at home on Saturday (1.30pm start) with neighbours Kidderminster the likely opponents.
But with the second team facing Kidderminster seconds in a league encounter first team skipper Jason Spyer could be set to field some of his regulars in the reserves.
Spyer has been boosted by the news he does not need an operation on his broken hand. After seeing a doctor last week he was told to rest.
"I suspect the problem is I haven't been resting the hand enough," he said.
Goalkeeper Alister Shute and right winger Phil Thomas should be available at the weekend.
Midfielder John Kimberley is out with a calf problem.
