REDDITCH schoolgirl, Katie Peachey, bagged a number of prizes at Worcester Swimming Club awards evening.
Peachey won the Rose Bowl for her achievements during a year when she took ten senior titles in the Worcester County Championships.
She was selected to swim for the senior England Midland team in Luxembourg in January and made the semi-finals of the 200m breaststroke at the Olympic trails in Sheffield in July.
To start this year Peachey, sponsored by Arrowvale Electronics, swam the Wolverhampton Open, winning eight gold and two silver medals and amassing enough points to win the overall top girl for the third year in succession and lift the trophy and a £30 cash prize.
