A LATE lesson in finishing saw Fox and Goose knocked out of cup on Saturday.
After conceding a well taken goal to Langland in the early stages, Fox scored when Damion Jenkins steamrollered through the defence to equalise.
After the interval, Andy Docherty hit a loose ball through the keepers hands to make it 2-1.
From then on Fox and Goose dominated possession but couldn't score, until the home side grabbed a late equaliser.
In extra time, Fox and Goose still couldn't score and blasted a number of chances wide.
The away side seemed to give up hope when Langland took control and scored three goals to put the result beyond doubt.
Although the commitment was there, better finishing from Fox and Goose would have put Langland out of the game before half-time.
Manager, Dave Storey, said: "There were plenty of lessons to be learned from this game -- we need to capitalize on our chances. We lost by squandered goal opportunities and a lack of aggression in extra time."
