Midlands-based gas and electricity supplier npower is offering Redditch pensioners the equivalent of seven days' free electricity until the end of January.
The company has more than 41,000 customers in Redditch, with an estimated 10,000 eligible pensioner.
There are still thousands of people who have not applied and they are urged to call npower on 0800 3163376 quoting reference number ZO311.
