KINGS Norton face a do-or-die fixture against Old Leamingtonians on Saturday.

The bottom side have to record their first win of the season to kick-start their bid for Midlands Three West South survival.

The club are appealing against a six point ban for fielding an ineligible player which has left them with an eight point gap on second from bottom Evesham and a 13 point gulf between them and safety.

Old Leamingtonians sit third from bottom on seven points and look to be one of the sides Kings could pick up points against.

And skipper Mark Waudby has been lifted by the return of a number of players.

The Hopwood side lost 25-19 to an Alcester team who ply their trade two divisions lower but centre Mick Fahey (broken ribs) and prop Ian Buckle (chest infection) returned. Second row Chris Handy is out for a month with ankle ligament damage and stand off Chris Waudby faces another three weeks on the sidelines with concussion.
