THE trustees of the Primrose Hospice and Cancer Help Centre have asked me to write on their behalf to express our gratitude for the support you and your staff gave to the Tree of Lights appeal at Christmas.
It was a great success again this year and the £4,400 raised exceeded all our hopes and expectations.
This is entirely due to the generous people of Redditch who, once again, have given their full support to our appeal.
We are grateful, too, to the Mayor, the Primrose Choir and the orchestra of Bridley Moor High School, who came along to the Kingfisher Centre at the end of November to launch the appeal.
The patients, staff and volunteers very much appreciate their support and I hope everyone who contributed in any way will accept our sincere thanks.
Mrs Maurene Wilson
Director of Fund-raising
