I READ your report on the Break-a-Leg Theatre Group and St John Fisher First School (Advertiser, January 10).
I feel it is very sad if, once again, society allows the developers to win the day.
Allowing housing to be built on the site of St John Fisher First School will not help our community and children, but allowing an organisation such as Break-a-Leg to continue operating there will benefit our community and children.
Break-a-Leg is a worthwhile cause, well worth fighting for, as it contributes a great deal towards today's children, both able and disabled.
I hope, therefore, that sufficient funds are found by Break-a-Leg to enable them to stay at St John Fisher First School and that developers are not allowed, once again, to win, therefore causing such a worthwhile charity to have to continue searching for somewhere else from which to operate.
