SIMON Archer's hopes of glory at the Copenhagen Masters badminton event have been dashed.
The Worcester-based Olympic bronze medallist and partner Nathan Robertson were beaten 1-7, 8-6, 8-6, 7-4 by world number one pair Eng Hian and Limpele Flandy from Indonesia in their second round-robin match.
