IT was refreshing to know that the Rev D Griffin and I share the same opinion on the Hollywood propaganda machine over the British wartime achievements,(You Say, November 30).
My statement about Britain becoming America's 51st state is based on what I observe around me, namely; the baseball cap culture, the McDonald's junk food diet, the numerous American films and programmes on our TV schedule, the daily coverage of the U S election,to mention just a few.
That is why Britain generally catches a cold when America sneezes.
