HAS anyone else noticed the now very frequent, dangerous and annoying practice of cyclists speeding through the paved and undercover precincts of our city?
I am in the city most days of the week, but never see a policeman on the beat.
I am sure that a police presence would check this.
Or perhaps it is not considered urgent enough until someone is seriously injured?
