MALVERN Ladies FC travelled to Gloucester for a league game on Sunday.
GLOUCESTER CITY 5, MALVERN LADIES FC 3
Malvern took the lead in the seventh minute when Jenny Allen went on a solo run from the half way line and slotted past the advancing keeper.
Gloucester equalised in the 29th minute but Sheri Medhill restored Malvern's lead after a goal-mouth scramble. Gloucester equalised in the 42nd minute and took the lead one minute into the second half.
Jenny Allen got her second for MLFC in the 59th minute but two more goals from Gloucester sealed the home sides victory.
Liz Prosser had a good game for Malvern.
