A DRIVER who was stopped at the Worcester Road traffic island in Kidderminster because he was not wearing a seat belt has been fined £550 with £75 costs, by magistrates.
Andrew Gledhill, 37, of Lea Street, Kidderminster, admitted having no insurance or test certificate.
He also failed to produce his licence to police.
He was not prosecuted over the missing seat belt.
