STOURPORT Juniors provided a taste of future success at the Worcestershire County Closed Junior Event at Hagley Golf and Country Club.
Adam Granger was the toast of the club as he beat his cousin Christopher Granger in the final of the U-13s knockout tournament.
Simon Rawlins was the defeated finalist in the U-19s, losing to Robin Hickman from the Birmingham Squash Rackets Club.
Semi-finalists were Matt Granger in the U-17s and Mark Harrodine in the U-15s, while the latter's brother Ross made the quarter-finals of the U-13s.
l Stourport's fourths maintained their 100 per cent league record with a fourth successive win in the Worcester Squash League Third Division.
The team of Maynard Burton, Darren Granger, Paul Harrodine, Nick Crockett and Terry Mobbs beat visitors Barnt Green 4-1.
