A STUDLEY firefighter was commended for good conduct and 20 years' service to Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service at a recent annual county medal and awards ceremony.
Leading firefighter Kevan Skidmore was also presented with the Retained Availability Trophy, which he accepted on behalf of Studley Fire Station.
The award was presented to the part-time station that has remained available for the longest period of time throughout the year, with Studley having a 100 per cent availability rating over the last 12 months.
The ceremony took place at Leamington Fire Station on October 18 and the medals were presented by Martin Dunne JP, the Lord Lieutenant of Warwickshire.
