POLICE are warning Cotswold householders to keep an eye on their garden furniture following two thefts in the area earlier this week.
Both took place sometime on Tuesday evening or during the early hours of Wednesday and in both cases the thieves were after staddle stones.
An entire staddle stone worth £100 vanished from a house in Main Street, Paxford, and two staddle stones with mushroom shaped tops, altogether valued at £300, were taken from a house at Ditchford near Moreton.
