WORCESTER people please wake up! I am not surprised but very angry at the latest news (Evening News, October 18) a hospital ward in Castle Street was closed in Worcester, because medical staff were moved to the more pressing Ronkswood Hospital.
Come to Kidderminster and look at our brand new former general hospital in Bromsgrove Street. We have brand new wards that don't need £60,000 refurbishment costs to keep it open. We just want some patients!
The story of health care in Worcestershire is far from satisfactory. Only the Conservatives have given a guarantee of a full medical review in Worcestershire after the next General Election. That review means public consultation and the restoration of services back to Kidderminster.
