David Elliott was the difference between the two sides as Broadheath Belters beat Ledbury Exhaust.

He won all three and partnered Pete Roberts (2) in the doubles. For the visitors Stewart Moss played well for his two victories.

Martin Snee was again in fine form for Travellers winning all three singles and Ken Hipwell two, although crucially they could not win the doubles against Dave Hayes (1) and John Gaskell (2). Adrian Fray also chipped in with a victory for Trojans.

Chris Jones returned to the action for Police B at Wanderers B, and despite two wins from Dave Elton as well, a draw was the right result. In the match of the night, Dave beat Colin Dowding 19-21, 21-19 25-23.

Two victories for Dave Steen and one for Nick Haggar failed to beat Vulcans who had Ray Holroyd (2) making his first start of the season. Alan Croad and Beryl Shammon also won two each and Alan teamed with Ray to take the doubles victory for the visitors.
