OF all the different charity events I have been to, no other has given me so much joy and fun as the one at Malvern Girls' College on October 14. The teachers and the pupils managed to combine elegance with youthful enthusiasm to an extent I have never seen before.
The various specialities from some of the pupils' native countries was simply a terrific idea. Many of the visitors, including myself, seemed to enjoy to try the tastes of Russia, Germany, Holland and Italy.
The fun dog show gave the numerous audience a chance to some good laughs when the dogs made their owners race along the little track and even the dogs seemed to enjoy their day. I really hope that the fayre took in even more than predicted to the various good causes and that the event will be repeated next year. Thank you for a great Saturday afternoon to the staff and pupils at Malvern Girls' College.
