TWO planning issues which have caused a stir around Redditch have been deferred by town councillors at Tuesday's planning meeting.
A plan for a housing development on land off High Street in Feckenham has been met with furious reactions from village residents.
At a planning meeting in September, councillors agreed to defer the decision and have now received a petition with nearly 100 signatures from angry residents and an additional 61 letters of objection to the scheme.
At Tuesday's meeting councillors announced they would defer the decision until a full site inspection had been done.
The site inspection will be carried out on a Saturday before the next planning meeting on Tuesday, November 21.
And plans for a health and fitness club where the Megabowl currently stands has also been deferred.
