Lowly Chaddesley Corbett FC suffered another loss in Banks's Brewery League Division One South with keeper David Batsford having a game he will want to forget.
Batsford gifted the visitors their first goal after dropping a cross and then looked hesitant on several occasions.
After falling behind and nearly scoring, Chaddesley's Ashley Phillips set up Ian Vogel to fire home shortly after the interval.
Andrew Bayliss twice went close but Pershore's Kevin Jones then slotted the ball past Batsford after slack defensive play.
Again Chaddesley equalised, this time through Adrian Billings from 25 yards after latching on to Mark Hodges' crossfield ball.
Chris Bow shot over for the home side but Pershore grabbed the winner through Steve Smith with a minute remaining.
Fixture, Saturday: County Sports v Chaddesley (Worcestershire County Cup, players to meet outside The Viaduct, 12.30pm).
