SILLIGROVE Fishery member Dave Cox caught 10 fish this week, one weighing 9lb, one at 6lb, two at 5lb and the rest between 2-3lb.

Joe Woodhouse had an exceptional day at the fishery, catching 26 fish, three of them over 5lb.

The spring-fed lake continues to fish well with large numbers of blues and rainbows over 5lb being caught.

Daddy-long-legs, buzzers and cats whiskers are all taking well.

WILLOW MARSH FISHERY

There has been good sport on all coarse waters with carp weights on the Dragonfly Pool varying from 12lb to 19lb.

POOLE HALL FISHERIES

There have been good weights on all coarse waters, varying from 22lb to 37lb.

One lady angler, using cat meat bait, caught 16 fish on the Heron, the best a 12lb 8oz common carp with other weights between 7lb and 8lb.

Popular baits this week have been cat meat, maggot, sweetcorn and luncheonmeat.

SHATTERFORD LAKES

Last week's top trout angler landed 21 rainbows to 2lb using a montana on the Wyre Dell Lake and another caught 19 to 1.5lb using a viva on the same lake.

A nymph accounted for 15 to 2.5lb on Masters and Wyre Dell lakes, and 12 to 3lb were taken with a buzzer.

On the coarse scene, nine mirror carp to 18lb and a common of 14lb fell to boilies on the Erics Lake.

Another angler landed mirrors to 17lb 3oz and a catfish of 21lb 8oz, using meat on the Erics, while a mirror of 23lb 4oz and a common of 16lb, plus a catfish to 15lb 6oz, were landed with boilies on the Stuarts.

Two mirror carp to 19lb 8oz were caught with carp pellets on the Stuarts.

The Stella produced some good sport, with roach, perch, bream, and carp falling to maggots and casters.
