WORCESTER estate agent Andrew Grant has launched its flagship regional office in Birmingham to give county house-sellers a wider audience.
The new office in Colmore Row is to work closely with the Foregate Street branch to provide cover across the Midlands region for commuters looking to move into the shires.
"We're delighted with the opening of the new office," said manager Duncan Saunders.
"We've noticed that in recent times many of our intending buyers are themselves Birmingham commuters or looking to move out of the city in this direction.

"The new office augments our already strong network of local offices reassuring home owners seeking to attract the widest possible coverage."
David Stuart-Smith, sales and marketing director for the company, said the new premises had been fitted with industry-leading IT and software and experienced staff.
"Investment is worthless unless it's accompanied by a fierce commitment to the maintenance of the highest standards of customer service," he added.
"We look forward to carrying this commitment forward into the Birmingham marketplace."
