PRESIDENT Christine Crabtree conducted the AGM and welcomed back two members who had been absent for several meetings due to illness.

Jenny Williams is organising the skittles team for the coming season and asked for names to be put forward.
Names were taken for the Redditch Operatic Society's production of Sweet Charity for November 22.
Jill Gallagher agreed to organise an ad hoc meeting to begin work on Ipsley's section of a new county banner.
The treasurer presented a very clear and concise financial statement which confirmed that Ipsley is continuing on a sound financial footing as it goes forward into its 35th year.
Gerda Michie gave a report on a very active rambling section. There had been ten rambles during the year to different areas and 34 members had taken part in the county Ride and Stride promotion, covering a total of 905 miles.
Judith Scott's first secretary's report reminded members of the many and interesting talks, outings and events of the past year, including a county millennium celebration and also a group millennium celebration.
The president thanked members of the committee for support during the year.
Members were happy the president and treasurer both agreed to continue in their respective posts for a further term of office.
Lorna White provided a beautiful cake and wine for refreshments to celebrate a special birthday.
She said she had joined Ipsley WI within days of arriving in Redditch and had enjoyed 31 years of friendship since then.
Janet Cottrill won the monthly competition and the flower of the month was won jointly by Betty Millward and Rita Wilson.
