AN aerobics teacher has bounced back to work after giving birth to a bonny baby girl.
Just two months after Megan Ellis was born her mum, Carol Rosborough, returned to Chawson First School, Wyche Road, Droitwich Spa, where she runs four workouts a week.
The 41-year-old, of Worcester, continued teaching until the last three weeks of her pregnancy despite her huge bump.
The classes were low impact aerobics and she believes keeping fit helped her through labour.
Carol said: "I love doing the classes and couldn't wait to get back.
"Exercising actually gives me more energy which puts me in good stead for the sleepless nights ahead."
She can be contacted on (01905) 771793.
