MALVERN RM continued their excellent start to the season by making it three wins from three matches.

The home team were a very good match for the Malvern side but Malvern rode their luck a little bit and good goalkeeping by Darren Cox managed to stop the home team from scoring.
Malvern went 1-0 up after 20 minutes from an excellent corner by Michael Halford and Tim Clare heading into the back of the net. Malvern managed to hold on until half time and a chance to catch their breath.
Malvern made it 2-0 20 minutes into the second half after an own goal by Kristen Barone who was under pressure for Scott Senter. The home team hit the Malvern goalpost and could have scored two or three.
It was an excellent even match and Man of the Match could have gone to several players, Tim Clarke, Carl Wilkins, Michael Halford, goalkeeper Darren Cox but for outstanding work in defence this week's Man of the Match was Martin Wilson.
On Sunday, Malvern RM are home to CMB Sports FC , players to meet at Lower Howsell Ground at 9.34am.
