The Ledbury and District Society Trust is the proud owner of a special Millennium spoon which has been made by a local jeweller and donated anonymously.
The spoon, which celebrates the history of Ledbury, was given as a thank-you for 22 years of lectures, gatherings and outings organised by the Society.
Part of a limited edition of 52, one for each week in the year, the spoon was made by Homend jewellers, J B Gaynan and Sons.
Society spokesman Roy Haworth said: "We are very proud to own one."
The spoons are all hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office with the 2000 AD mark.
They are hand-enamelled and in each bowl is the seal of Ledbury's official medieval founder, Richard de Capella. The Market House is also used as a motif.
