HOW can Social Services account for the costs of £100,000 for each child that is taken into care? I have a son and I do not spend that much money looking after him even if I had the money.
So many children are in care in the Worcester area. You stated that we have an extra 150 more than anywhere else in the country.
Are the children who are in care really in need of being in care? We are all aware that in days gone by, the Social Services have had it wrong and children in need of care have been overlooked.
All this money could be used to save the children who are really in danger. The social services should solve this problem.
