Evesham Ladies 0, Bretforton 1
BOTH sides produced some good attacking play but it was Bretforton who made the most of their chances.
They took an early lead from a well-taken short corner, routines that gave Evesham several chances to draw level. However, they failed to capitalise.
Bretforton produced lots of attacking forays and movement after the interval but Evesham's defence stood firm.
The forwards, though, failed to take what chances came their way and it proved their downfall in the narrowest of defeats.
