IT is about time car drivers were treated as second-class citizens, not pedestrians, cyclists or motorcyclists.
These people are not the ones who regularly abuse and flaunt the parking rules in the city.
There are cars on pavements and cycle and bus lanes are being blocked illegally mainly because the drivers are too bone idle to walk a little way.
