IN reply to Peter Nielsen (You Say, September 12) I agree with him when he says the people in the street should know the facts.
But not the edited facts he puts forward. I am in opposition to capitulation to Europe until otherwise convinced.
The Europeans that he says are doing nicely, are actually doing nicely outside the Union. I am also aware that the golden eggs we are promised such as pensions parity, health, public transport and education cannot be given.
We will, however gain similar higher unemployment, higher taxes, and higher debt.
