A MAN charged with kidnapping a young woman has been sent for trial at crown court.
Christopher Humpidge, 24, who lives off the Birmingham Road near Blakedown, is accused of detaining the woman against her will at a country cottage near the village on a night in July, assault causing her bodily harm and affray.
Kidderminster magistrates committed him in custody to appear at Worcester Crown Court next month.
