A JOB fair in Hereford Town Hall has been hailed a success after 15 jobs were snapped up on the day.
The Autumn Jobsfair drew more than 600 visitors, many of whom are to be made offers over the next few days.
Employers at the fair included Marks & Spencer, PC World, Royal Mail, WH Smith, Green Dragon Hotel and Left Bank Village.
"We are delighted with the response to the day," said Julie Carter, vacancy service manager at Hereford JobCentre.
"There was a huge range of jobs on offer and the number of people who came to find out about the work available was extremely encouraging.
"It's not too late to sign up for a job, either by contacting the JobCentre on 01432 426242 or through the Employment Service Direct on 0845 6060234."
