KINGFISHER started slowly, going 1-0 down to a lively Maypole.
Kingfisher got back into the game through a superb strike from Alister Killingsworth. Kingfisher then took the game to Maypole with a spirited team performance and lead 4-1 with excellently taken goals from Matthew Ravens (2) and Adam Boswell. Maypole pulled one back to make it 4-2. Jerome Hicks was man of the match for a solid defensive performance.
