REGARDING David Barlow's references to the correspondent who "misunderstood" the facts (You Say, September 12) I would say there is no misunderstanding about the now-cancelled Quayhead scheme.
If this represents the best on which David Barlow and his cronies could spend £105,000, no matter the source of the money, then probably this has a bearing on why he is now the leader in opposition.
Councillor Barlow should realise that some things are understood by the people of Worcester.
