JAN Molby believes that Kidderminster Harriers fans are starting to learn what life is all about in the Nationwide League Division Three.

"At first when we beat Torquay in our opening game people expected a lot and I think now they realise it's going to be a long, hard season. None of the matches are going to be easy," said the Aggborough boss as he prepared his side for another difficult test today at home to Leyton Orient.

"The lads will have to battle for everything they are going to get and I think the supporters are now realising that.

"It's our first season in the Third Division and, of course, we want to make a massive impact. But on the other hand it's going to tough, al-though it won't be for lack of trying."

Molby believes that for the fans, as well as the club as a whole, it's very much a transitional period at Aggborough.

"We will come up against bigger clubs in this division who regularly take anything between 500 and 1,000 supporters to away games. We are not that kind of club, it will probably take a few years before we ever become like that.

"But we have to be grateful. When I took the job we would gone to places like Yeovil and have 30 or 40 away fans. At least now we are getting a reasonable following and they are vocal.

"They never shut up on Saturday at Barnet and they tried their best at encouraging the team.

"But I think those people who are following us home and away know now what the Third Division is all bout. For instance, they realise going to Barnet and getting a result is good."
