THE Evening News was prepared to harness any horse power to make sure readers received their copies of the paper during the fuel crisis.
Philippa Balch, complete with Welsh Cob, Georgie, and a 1906 Governors Cart, was waiting in the wings in case her trusty steed was called upon.
Mrs Balch, of Clifton upon Teme, has now returned Georgie back to her Sinton Green home... for the time being!
