A TEAM from Malvern Victoria Bowling Club has been successful in winning the Worcestershire Club 'Mixed Fours' competition, which in its inaugural year has proved to be both competitive and friendly.
Forty teams entered the competition, and after winning five games, Malvern Victoria met Overbury in the final, which was played at Bredon Bowling Club on September 2.
Both teams played well with Malvern Victoria just keeping their advantage after ten ends and finally winning by 26 shots to 8.
