ISN'T it wonderful that we are truly taking note and revival of our water heritage (Malvern Gazette, August 25). May all springs and fountains soon be running freely once more with our natural water supply.

Could this also be the forerunner of recognising and continuing our land heritage into more and more organic and nature-attuned farming and gardening, to mitigate our over-use and abuse with chemical fertilisers, GM crops and animal husbandry and acknowledge once more our brother nature in their right in our planetary whole to be as God made them, not how Man interferes with them?

Our Earth, in her interaction with the Sun and a return to proper seasonal consideration, will do much to return our planetary heritage to right balances and perhaps begin the mitigation also of the disease processes abounding because of the causes created by our interference. This would also return our springs and fountains to the purity they are, if only we did not pollute our land and rivers in the first place.

We have a lovely planet, let's keep doing more and more to both appreciate and attune to her needs to remain the gem she is in our solar system. We are not owners but guests to the grace which is our planet. Honour her and we shall likewise be honoured.
