WORCESTER Rugby Club face a crucial test of their National Lea-gue Division One title credentials at Sixways tomorrow (3pm).

A crowd approaching 4,000 is expected for the visit of Leeds Tykes who are regarded as the Gold'n'Blues major rivals for championship-winning glory.

Worcester have already sold 2,200 tickets for the 'match-of-the-day' showdown.

Sixways' Director of Coaching Adrian Skeggs said: "We've made a few changes to the side which did well against Orrell.

"I just felt the changes were needed in that more players will be back in the positions they are familiar with. I wanted a more settled back row and the changes reflect that."

Spencer Bromley has been ruled out as the former Harlequins winger is still struggling with a knee injury picked up in last Saturday's 47-8 demolition of Orrell.

He is also a doubt for next week's trip to Manchester.

Sixways' favourite Nick Baxter is having treatment for a knee injury while Gavin Webster has picked up an ankle knock.

Both, however, could have a chance of being included among the replacements as well as Dave Merlin.

Christian Evans comes into the side while Tony Windo is also included.

French under-21 international Mohamed Benbouhout misses out to give him time to settle into the squad.

Two players who are in tomorrow's starting line up -- Laulala Langkilde and Windo -- came on as replacements in last week.

Worcester: Back, Tuipulotu, Langkilde, Higgins, Murdoch, Va'a, Simpson-Daniel, Fryday, Carter, Evans, Zaltzman, Sims, Lyman, Moretti, Windo. Replacements (from): Baxter, Pellow, Calder, McLean, Lamerton, Hartland, Denhardt, Webster and Merlin.

Leeds did the 'double' over Worcester last season with a 20-9 Headingley win followed up by a 12-6 defeat of Les Cusworth's side at Sixways.

The Yorkshire outfit began the season with a 40-25 defeat of National League Division One new boys Birmingham & Solihull. However, Phil Davies would have been far from happy with their points against tally and will be looking for his side to tighten up against Worcester.

They have brought in nine new players including former Sixways centre Shaun Woof. Woof made his debut at Headingley against Birmingham along with fellow newcomers Steve Bachop, Jeremy Marr, Andrew Hurdley and Ian Clarke.
